Microsoft has released the first look at the new Xbox One X along with details and a release date. The new Xbox is set to be released to the public on November 7th, just in time to get into Christmas 2017. Microsoft is claiming that this new Xbox One X is “the world’s most powerful console”.

The retail price for the new Xbox One X will be $499. This looks like the Project Scorpio that Microsoft was so tight-lipped about. They did state that they were going to create the best gaming console on earth. The key feature I think the Xbox fans will love is that this new device is backward compatible. I am not a big Xbox guy, but this console has some pretty high-end specs. I hope game developers take advantage of this power and make some amazing games.
