Steve Harvey‘s stepdaughter Lori Harvey could be looking at some time in jail in the near future.
Lori was involved in a hit and run car accident back in October 2019. She was issued a citation because she fled the scene after the accident and caused a delay in the investigation.
But there is a light a the end of the tunnel. Califonia lawyer Sharen H. Ghatan believes Lori could avoid jail time altogether. The attorney believes if Lori has a restitution hearing, she may be hit with a fine and avoid jail time.
According to the Beverly Hill police department, Lori Harvey is due in court on January 21, 2020.
