The Chicago police department has reason to believe that Jussie Smollett alleged attack was staged.
CPD arrested two men they believe were the suspects in this alleged attack on Empire actor Jussie Smollett. Their names were Ola Usondairos and Abel Usondairos. When the CPD questioned Ola and Abel Usondairos, they told CPD that the entire attack was staged. They admitted to being instructed in detail of what to do.
The two brothers were released without any charges. Now everyone is looking at Jussie Smollett with nothing but questions. The Chicago police department has asked Smollett to come in for more questioning, but it is yet to be confirmed on whether he will speak with CPD or not.
I knew this story was fishy from the beginning based on one simple detail in the initial story. When it was reported that he did not call the police immediately after the alleged attack happened, I knew something was wrong. I also thought the alleged attack had some gruesome details that did not sound all that believable.
