Trump Will Put Tariffs On Steel And Aluminum Imports From Canada, Mexico, And The EU

It official, The Trump administration will put tariffs on steel and aluminum imports from Canada, Mexico, and the European Union.
The tariffs are effective May 31, 2018, at midnight. There will be a 10% tariff on aluminum imports and a 25% tariff on steel imports.
The European Union has expressed their dismay on these new tariffs issued by the United States. European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker simply said the tariffs are “unjustified”.
Some political analyst believes this is the beginning of a trade war. Canada, Mexico, and the European Union are expected to respond will similar tariffs of their own in the near future.
