Erica Herman and The Woods restaurant are being sued for the wrongful death of an employee. Nicholas Immesberger worked a shift and was drinking at The Woods Resturant. She later got into a car accident and was later pronounced dead.
THe Immesberger’s family believes Erica and other employees were aware that Immesberger had a drinking problem but they continued to let him drink excessively.
Tiger Woods or Erica have not to release an official statement.
