Syracuse won this game for two reasons. The 2-3 defense clearly frustrated Duke throughout the game. Junior Guard Tyrus Battle lead the way for The Orange. Battle had 32 points while playing 45 minutes.
Seeing Duke have games like this lets me know this team will not make into a deep run in the NCAA Tournament.
