The Governor of North Carolina Pat McCrory has declared the state of emergency. The general public in Charlotte is outraged that Keith Lamont Scott was shot and killed by the hands of local law enforcement. Peaceful protest quickly became a full-out riot in the streets on Charlotte.
The Governor has deployed the National Guard as the protest and rioting have carried over into the 2nd night.
It looks like straight up anarchy in the queen city right now.
