The NYPD arrested Meek Mill for reckless endangerment. Law enforcement believes Meek was riding a dirt bike through New York without a helmet. The officer that arrested Meek said that they saw him a day prior(Wednesday 8/16/2017). But the arrest was made the next day( Thursday 8/17/2017) at night.
Meek was recording the entire interaction between himself and the officer. Meek kept saying “I just want my rights” over and over. He also stated to the officer that “everything is being recorded. The officer didn’t care much about what Meek was saying and it didn’t take much time to arrest him.
Meek was taken to the 34th st precinct.
