The announced winner of the Kentucky Derby was Country House due to a disqualification. Country House’s jockey Flavien Prat claim there was a foul during the race they may have changed the outcome.

Maximum Security was in the lead practically the entire race. There was almost a collision during the race. Emphasis on the word almost. Therefore the steward deliberated for 2o minutes and disqualified Maximum Security making Country House the winner of the 2019 Kentucky Derby.

Country House had 65to 1 odds of winning the Kentucky Derby. Somebody got a handsome payday if they.

  1. Country House should be embarrassed , the best horse didn’t win. I wish there was a way to petition this.

  2. yes he was robbed alright, egregiously so, the worst dq in equine history. clearly to anyone with intelligence, when watching a replay, can see it was Gaffalione on War of Will to blame, Will was right behind Max on the rail and Gaff was looking for a hole to make his move on Max, moving back and forth as they approached the turn and unable to find one Gaff clearly pulled off the rail and bulled his way outside of Max — making it 4 across the track when it should have been only 3, and if it was only 3 then when Max bore out it wouldn’t have been a problem, but with War there it was. Trainer Casse later equated Max’s path to one of a drunk driver weaving back and forth but clearly on replay approaching the turn it was War who was weaving back and forth looking for an opening, and it was War who pulled out and bulled through, and if any dq was called it belonged to War and especially Gaff, who should have been suspended for causing the interference, instead the stewards punished Saez and the owners of Maximum Security and punched a black eye on the face of horse racing and the Kentucky Derby, and if you dispute this explanation consider the fact Andy Beyer called the dq a bad call, and anyone associated with horse racing know his reputation is stellar, and surely he watched the replay enough to come to the same obvious conclusion, one that Casse and Gaff and co will never to admit to because they lack integrity and apparently are okay with being less than representative of the truth, understandable but leaving them disgraced in the eyes of many.
