President hopeful Joe Biden has released his $700+ billion plan for federal spending.
Biden plan calls for $400 billion in government purchasing of United States-based goods and services. Joe also wants to spend $300 billion in new research and development in United States technology concerns.

Joe Biden is calling this plan ‘Buy American’.
