According to ESPN, All-Star Forward Gordon Hayward is headed to Beantown.
Utah was hoping to resign and Miami was also in the running of signing Gordon Hayward.
Hayward joins a team that was just in the Eastern Conference finals. With the core of the Celtics still intact plus drafting Jayson Tatum, The Celtics will make the East much more interesting for the 2017-18 season.
The details of the deal have not yet been revealed, but Boston will need to move some things around to make cap space for Gordon Hayward.
