Google Plans To Spend $1 Billion To Build A Campus In New York

Google has announced plans to spend $1 billion to build a new campus in the Hudson Square area in New York City. The new campus will the companies global business hub.

The search engine giant plans to have employees move in the new workspace by the year 2020.

“When we came to New York City almost two decades ago, it was our first office outside of California, It’s now home to more than 7,000 employees, speaking 50 languages, working on a broad range of teams including Search, Ads, Maps, YouTube, Cloud, Technical Infrastructure, Sales, Partnerships and Research.” – Google

Google is the second big tech company that will be moving to the big apple. Amazon decided to build one of their new headquarters in Long island city.
