Amazon has announced another price increase for Amazon Prime services. If you are an Amazon Prime subscriber that pay month to month your rate will change from $10.99 to $12.99 a month.
Luckily if you pay for Amazon prime annually you will still at the rate of $99 a year. Which is actually the better deal because if you pay $12.99 a month that weighs out to $155.88 for the year.
Amazon is also raising the price for Amazon Prime for students from $5.49 to $6.49 a month.
These price hikes go into effect for new customer immediately. For existing Amazon Prime subscriber these, new rates go into effect February 18, 2018.
