Kohl’s will layoff 250 employees due to not get the sales they expected during the holiday season.
A lot of the layoffs will come from regional management roles. Kohl’s Is hoping this change will improve communications and get rid of the overlap of management positions.
The good news is Kohl’s will offer a severance package to the employees that will be laid off. Kohl’s also has no plans on closing any of their retail locations.
