The last episode of Monday Night Raw before Summer Slam was one of the best I have seen in months. The matches were good the promos were exciting and the city of Boston evaluated the excitement.
Bray Wyatt and Finn Balor were already slated to have a singles match at Summer Slam. After a brawl backstage, Kurt Angle granted they have a match on that night. Bray Wyatt won the match and added humiliation by pouring a bucket of what seemed to be blood all over Finn Balor.
Backstage Finn Balor was being interviewed and said in closing “I got my demons too”. He was clearly hinting at the Demon King persona that has not made an appearance since 2016 Summer Slam where Finn Balor won the Universal Championship.
Even though I think Finn Balor and/or the Demon King will lose the match, It will be cool to see the Demon King once again.
