The USA Network has decided to cut ties drama series shooters after 3 seasons.
The Shooters show have had it obstacles over the years. Outside of not sustaining good ratings, the lead actor Ryan Phillippe broke his leg which caused season 2 to be cut short to just 8 episodes.

The timing of the release of a show like shooters came during some sensitive times with the gun violence happening all over America.

I personally think the USA Network is making room for a bunch of pilots they have coming down the pipeline. I also don’t think the show was ascending at all and may have reached its peak.
