Tiger Woods Misses The Cut At PGA Championship

Tiger Woods missed the cut to play in the 3rd and 4th round of the 2019 PGA Championship.

Woods finished with a score of +5 above par to miss the cut line by one stroke. Told be told he did not deserve to make the cut. Tiger couldn’t putt consistently, he had poor distance control, oddly enough he did not play well with his irons.

In the same group as Tiger, Brooks Koepka is destroying Bethpage right now. He is sitting at -12 under par and a 7 shot lead going into the last 2 rounds.

Tiger not playing in a tournament since winning the 2019 Masters clearly hurt him at Bethpage. The next major PGA tournament is U.S. Open at Pebble Beach from June 13-16 2019. With that tournament being about a month away, I think Tiger should play in 2 tournaments before the U.S. Open.
