The December 2, 2020 episode of AEW was full of surprises. Kenny Omega becomes the new AEW World Champion. We also saw the return of an icon.
Sting made his AEW debut to close out the show. This was the first time since 2001 that Sting has appeared on a wrestling program that aired on TNT.
