Russian President Vladimir Putin claims Russian scientists discovered a vaccine for COVID-19. The vaccine is called “Sputnik V”
Is this proves to be true, Russia will be the country that has become the first to approve an experimental COVID-19 vaccine. Putin also claims his own daughter has taken a dose of Sputnik V. The vaccine was developed at Gamaleya Institute in Moscow
