Running back Raheem Mostert is requesting a trade from the San Francisco 49ers. Both parties have failed to reach a deal.
Mostert agent Brett Tessler has made the official announcement that his client is requesting a trade.
After months of unproductive talks with the 49ers about fairly adjusting Raheem Mostert’s contract (which paid him for special teams) we have requested a trade. Raheem Mostert led the 49ers in rushing yards with 772 yards along with 10 total touchdowns. Mostert is due to make $3.1 million in the 2020 season and $3.5in the 2021 seasons.
The 49ers are so loaded at running back they may be willing to trade Raheem Mostert and get an extra draft pick for the 2021 season.
