Microsoft announced that they are bringing their web browser to Android and iOS. I had the opportunity to use the browser on both Android and iOS and I have to say I am impressed.

For starters navigating with through the browser is pretty damn smooth. Another thing about Microsoft Edge on mobile devices that sticks out to me website images load really quickly. I, of course, went to stashme.net and then I went to samadrobinson.com. The images loaded really and quickly. The quality of the images is also is a little bit better than Safari on iOS and Chrome on Android. For some reason, they just look a little sharper on the Edge browser.

I love the feature where you can create a reading list of articles you find online. I can’t tell you how many times I saw an article I wanted to read and couldn’t moments later.

Out the gate, Microsoft Edge mobile browser is off to a hell of a start and I am sure Microsoft is committed to making improvements over the years.
