Michael Bloomberg has donated $1.8 billion to his alma mater, Johns Hopkins University.

Bloomberg’s donation will provide the finical freedom to allow Johns Hopkins to eliminate student loans in financial aid packages beginning in fall 2019.

Johns Hopkins will now have the ability to get the best students, regardless of them being able to afford the tuition.
