Following Jonathan Majors guilty verdict, Marvel has officially decided to cut ties with him. Majors played a recurring role as the character Kang The Conquerer in movies and Disney Plus TV shows.
It is unclear what Marvel’s contingency plan is to replace Jonathan Majors role, but they may have to make some significant changes. They have a movie titled “Kang’s Dynasty” slated to be released in 2026. There have been talks about introducing Dr. Doom as the new main villain of the MCU, but no detail has emerged.
Jonathan Majors was found guilty of assault and harassment charges stemming from a March altercation with his ex-girlfriend, Grace Jabbari.
