Minnesota Timberwolves guard Malik Beasley was arrested and is facing felony weapons and drug charges. After a series of events, the Plymouth Police Department got a search warrant for Malik Beasley’s residence. They found narcotics and multiple guns and one of the guns was reported as stolen.
The Minnesota Timberwolves have released an official statement on the situation.
“We are aware of the situation involving Malik Beasley and are in the process of gathering information at this time,” – Minnesota Timberwolves official statement.
Malik Beasley’s future with the Timberwolves and the NBA is uncertain at the time.
