Juul To Cut 500 Jobs

The e-cigarette company Juul

is slated to cut about 500 jobs between now and the end of 2019.

Juul is currently fighting against federal and state regulators that are looking into getting a lot of their products off the market.

Juul is currently working on submitting an application for approval to the Food and Drug Administration. Certain states are putting bans on Juul flavors like mint, mango, creme and more. The company will need to get these flavors approved or they can possibly lose out on up to 80% of their retail sales.

This FDA ruling will literally determine if these e-cigarette

companies can stay in business or not. The ruling is set to take place in a few weeks.
