I don’t want to hear things like my vote don’t count. Or even things like who ever is the president is not going to do nothing for me. That’s the mentality that the people who didn’t want minorities to have the ability to vote wants you to think. If you think your votes don’t count or don’t matter why would society oppress the right for minorities to vote for as long as they did?
I don’t want to hear any excuses or anyone ignorant ass reason for not voting. I don’t give a damn who you vote for or why, but you should vote. People voted for the 36th President Lyndon B. Johnson who signed The Voting Rights Act in 1965(only 51 year ago) because even after the 15th amendment some state made it as difficult as possible for blacks to cast their vote.
This is all the shit I don’t want to hear.
