Hunter Pence Retires From MLB

After 14 years in the MLB, Hunter Pence has announced that he is retiring from baseball at the end of this season. 

 

“Nothing can really prepare you for this part of your career when you have to say: I am retiring from baseball. Forever thankful and Gr8ful.” – Hunter Pence

Pence managed to play for the Astros, Giants, Phillies, and Rangers. He made it to 4 all-star teams in his career. He hit .279 with 244 home runs and 942 RBI’s. 

Hunter may be a long shot for the hall of fame but he was a good player and he had a wonderful career.
