Adolf Hitler’s gold watch was sold for $1.1 million at a Maryland auction house called the Alexander Historical Auctions. The Auction also included other Nazi memorabilia which caught the attention of the Jewish community.
Jewish leaders issued an open letter saying that this auction is an indictment to society. They also stated the auction overrides memories, suffering, and pain for financial gain.
Alexander Historical Auctions president, Bill Panagopulos, said the buyer was a European Jew.
