Andrew McCabe was just two days from officially retiring before being fired. Department of Justice released an official statement about FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.
“The OIG and FBI OPR reports concluded that Mr. McCabe had made an unauthorized disclosure to the news media and lacked candor including under oath on multiple occasions.” – Department of Justice
This decision came just one day after Andrew McCabe had a meeting Deputy Attorney General Scott Schools. It is clear the Department of Justice believes McCabe unauthorized disclosures to the media about the Clinton Foundation.
Details are still developing, but McCabe is definitely out as FBI Deputy Director.
