It looks like Elon Musk is over the work-from-home model and wants Tesla employees to come back to the office. A Tesla email was leaked telling employees to work 40 hours a week in person or leave the company.
“Anyone who wishes to do remote work must be in the office for a minimum (and I mean *minimum*) of 40 hours per week or depart Tesla.” Musk added that, “This is less than we ask of factory workers.” – Elon Musk
Many people are speculating that Elon Musk may face some legal woes from his starn call for employees to return to work in person. A Twitter account named @WholeMarsBlog asked Elon to further comment he essentially double down on the content in the email.
