Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Cory Booker has a plan to inject $100 billion in HBCU
$40 billion will be allocated to Cory Booker’s green technology hub. Another $30 billion will be in the form of grants from the Department of Education And lastly $40 million for capital improvements.
Sen. Cory Booker plans to pay for this by rolling back the corporate tax cuts that the Trump administration currently have in place.
The $100 billion proposal from Cory Booker is $40 billion more than the Sen. Kamla Harris who wants to allocate $60 billion for HBCU’s if she becomes president.
