Houston, we have a problem or should I say Houston is about to be a problem. The Clippers and Rockets have Agreed to trade Chris Paul to Houston for 2018 first round pick, Lou Williams, Patrick Beverly and Sam Dekker. The first round pick is top 3 protected so if the selection is not within the top 3 in the lottery the Clipper will keep this pick.
I can’t help but notice that Houston gave up a lot to acquire Chris Paul. I think the three players they gave are three solid players they made their team as good as they were.
The only real question is does this make the Rockets better than the Warriors?
The answer is, hell no, but they are moving in the right direction. The NBA offseason is young.
