Apple held their Annual September event at the new beautiful campus. As rumored they unveiled 3 new iPhone’s, but I believe they left more to be desired.
Apple released the iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, and the iPhone XR.
It is clear the iPhone XS, XS Max is Apple’s flagship phone with the better hardware. They have completely ditched the home button and the headphone jack and it feels like Apple will not create another phone with either feature ever again. Which is interesting because I am aware of few iPhone loyalist that hate the fact that the iPhone X did not have a home button or headphone jack, but still remain iPhone users. But I digress.
Apple iPhone X, Fully Unlocked 5.8″, 64 GB – Silver
I believe iPhones are losing their original identity and look like Apple’s idea of an Android. It feels like Apple just make improvements to the camera give the iPhone a new color and slap a letter or number in the name and boom, here is the new iPhone. I often criticized Apple for selling the same phone over and over. Like for instance the iPhone 6, 6s, 7, 7s, and 8 are all the same phone. Apple does a good job creating hardware that compliments their software when they release a phone. But they have not managed to solve the biggest iPhone problem, the battery.
To this day they do not release official specs about the iPhone’s battery. They just say things like “the battery 40% better” or “you will get 1 hour 30 minutes”. Which is not true because your battery will drain faster or slower depending on what activities you’re actually doing on the phone.

I feel the iPhone XS and the XR are just the iPhone X after they found out what they screwed up on. They are going to such a good job marketing this that people who are going to buy these phones anyway instead of challenging Apple to make truly make a Superior product.
