Sugarfina currently has an estimated $26 million in debt. As a result of chapter 11 bankruptcy Sugarfina has to close 6 of their 44 stores as soon as possible.
It has been reported that Sugarfina talked with over 150 potential partners. The company is looking for a partner to acquire the company completely or a significant amount of equity.
