The Indiana Pacers head coach search has come to an end. Rick Carlisle will become the new head coach of the Indiana Pacers.
Carlisle and the pacers have agreed to a 4-year deal worth $29 million. Rick was a part of the Dallas Mavericks franchise for 13 seasons before stepping down at the end of the 2020-2021 season. He also lead the Mavericks to the franchises only NBA Championship.
The Pacers believed they needed a veteran coach to lead what they feel is a playoff team in the eastern conference.
