The Payless brand has announced via a press release that they are planning to relaunch in the North American market.
The budget shoe company plans to unveil an immersive e-commerce platform and new brick-and-mortar retail concept stores. They also will remove “Shoesource” from the official brand name. The company also promised to display more fashion-forward
