Nikki McCray-Penson is the new head coach for Mississippi State University women’s basketball ball team.

Nikki coached at Old Dominion University for the last 3 years. She managed to have an overall record of 53-40.
McCray-Penson spent some time playing in the ABL and WNBA. She is also a two-time Olympic gold medal winner with Team USA basketball in 1996 and 2000.
