Meek Mill brand new album Wins & Losses managed to sales an estimated 87,000 total including the streams. The question now is these the sales count as a Win or a Loss in Meek’s book? This is a big drop off from the estimated 250,000 he sold in his first week on his last album. I do think this is a result of the Drake beef and a lot of fans staying away from Meek after those Drake diss records. You can’t ignore being Nicki Minaj’s boyfriend at that time helping is sales and overall visibility.
I feel the numbers are the numbers. The album is still hot and will get heavy replay value for the rest of the summer and fall. To be honest I still think the album has a good chance to go gold over time which I would consider a “win”. The second-week sales number will determine whether the album’s sales is a win or a loss.
What you think?
