Google has announced that YouTube TV price will increase to $49.99 a month. This price increase is for new and existing subscribers. The price change will go into effect for new subscribers on April 10, 2019. Existing subscribers will see these changes reflected in their subsequent billing cycle after May 13, 2019.

YouTube TV will also be getting some new channels. Discovery Channel, HGTV, Food Network, TLC, Investigation Discovery, Animal Planet, Travel Channel, MotorTrend and OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network will now be available on YouTube TV.
I am now on the fence of whether I plan to keep YouTube TV at $49.99 plus tax. With this price plus the price of the internet, I am just paying the same amount as I would for cable.
