Google Assistant can now work with your G Suite account. Google made this announcement on their official blog.

Google clearly has plans for Google Assistant to work with more G Suite apps, but they will start with Calendar for now. The Google Assistant calendar integration is available today in beta.
I have to imagine you will be able to do things like use google assistant to change the time or date to a meeting. You should also be able to add events to your calendar on the fly just by using your voice.
