The biggest take away from the 2018 Google I/O is Artificial Intelligence or simply AI. Google has clearly been playing with AI and managed to make some advances in technology.

Google has released the beta version of their latest Android OS which is titled Android P. These are the select devices that are able to get the Android P operating system Google Pixel or Pixel 2, Sony Xperia XZ2, Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S, Nokia 7 Plus, Oppo R15 Pro, Vivo X21 or Essential PH-1.
Android P has new features like the adaptive battery, app action, AI predicting actions, gestures navigation, and much more.

Using AI, Google is now able to predict what you want to write in an e-mail.
Google Duplex
Google Duplex gives Android users the ability to use AI as their own personal assistant. It goes a little further than just saying “ok google” and a simple task is performed. Google Duplex can call and make an appointment for you and give you a confirmation notification when it’s done.
