Disney Buys 21st Century Fox

The rumors become reality. The Walt Disney Company has acquired 21st Century Fox for an estimated $52 billion.
Comic book fans are salivating at the idea of including X-Men, The Fantastic Four, and Deadpool into the Marvel Cinematic Universe. For Starters, I just would like to see a good Fantastic Four Movie, because Fox was not able to do that.
This Deal doesn’t exactly mean Fox is giving everything to Disney is this deal. Here is what Fox is getting out of the deal.

Keep FS1 & FS2 sports networks
Keep Fox News & Fox Business News
25% of Disney shares
Relieved of $13.7 billion of debt

Disney will get 60% of the streaming service Hulu which makes them the majority owner of Hulu. This Deal is massive and I am excited to see what movies and shows come from this acquisition.
