To close the ultimate thrill ride know as Wrestlemania 33, Romains went against the Undertaker in a no holds barred match. Romain Reigns ultimately wins the match and proceeds to exit the ring. The Undertaker is lying in the middle of the ring
The Undertaker is lying in the middle of the ring before he gets up to a roaring crowd. It looked like The Undertaker was about leave the ring to his theme music to close out WrestleMania 33. The Deadman begins to take off his gloves, coat, hat and left it in the center of the ring. The undertaker leaves the ring kisses his wife Michelle McCool and then begins to walk the ramp to exit the stage.
No words were said but, this seemed to be the final match of The Undertaker’s WWE career. I believe it was long over due, but like everyone else, I didn’t expect it to come at Wrestlemania 33. I think we all were spoiled with the idea that the Undertaker was just always there. I started watching wrestling in the early 90’s and the Undertaker was just always there and remained just as mystical than as he is now. This was the proper stage for a heartfelt farewell to one of the icons of my generation.
Thank You, Undertaker
