ESPN has reported that Blake Griffin has been traded to the Detroit Pistons.
The Los Angeles Clippers will get a king’s ransom for Blake in my opinion. The Clippers will get Tobias Harris, Avery Bradley, Boban Marjanovic, and a first-round and second-round draft pick.
The Pistons will get Blake Griffin, Brice Johnson, and Willie Reed.
I like the idea of Drummond alongside Griffin in the Pistons frontcourt, but Blake Griffin has got to stay healthy. The Clippers now have to of the best perimeter defenders in the league with Avery Bradley and Patrick Beverley.
I think both of these teams will be eliminated from the playoffs in the first round if they even make the playoffs. So did this trade make any of these teams better?
