The photo is of Bill Clinton getting a neck massage from the woman who accused Jeffery Epstein of rape. Her name is Chauntae Davies.
It was reported that the photo is from a 2002 humanitarian trip to Africa. In the photo, Chauntae Davies is 22 years old and Bill Clinton was 56 years old.
