Jordan Peele thriller titled “Us” had a great opening weekend. According to Boxofficemojo.com, the movie brought in an estimated $70 million in the United States. The movie also brought in an estimated $16 million outside of America for an estimated total of $86 million worldwide.
“Us” is a horror movie that follows a family as they are terrorized by a group of people who look exactly like them.
I consider this a great opening weekend for the movie simply because the movie was created with a $20 million budget. “Us” has the potential to surpass the $250 million mark in the box office or even the $300 million mark.
