Melania is making her first solo international trip and it is the continent of Africa.

The First Lady will take a 5-day long trip to multiple countries in Africa. She will visit Ghana, Malawi, Kenya, and Eygpt. On this trip, she will focus on the health and wellness of children in improvised areas. Based on her tweets about the trip it looks like she will promote her Be Best initiative.

President Trump did not have very nice words to say about Africa in the past. It will be interesting to see if Melania will play the role of Diplomat during her trip.
