ESPN New Show High Noon Review

ESPN has been mixing it up with their programming in the last year or so. Their newest show to date titled High Noon will star Bomani Jones and Pablo Torres.
High Noon airs at Noon(Eastern time) right after First Take. It not quite a Sports debate show like First Take it’s like more easy going or less intense. It has the feel of a Pardon the Interruption with Michael Wilbon and Tony Kornheiser. It also has pop culture sprinkled throughout the show similar to Jalen and Jacoby and the former ESPN show Numbers Never Lie.
As a frequent viewer of ESPN, I would much rather watch High Noon than mid-day run of Sportscenter. I do enjoy the dynamic of Pablo and Bomani as co-host of the show.
Overall I like the idea of the show. I would have to watch a few more episodes of the show before I decide to put it on my DVR list, but it’s off to a good start.

  1. Watching hide noon it’s like watching two old ladies discussing their favorite soap operas. They’re discussing topics that no one cares about and no one’s interested in.
