Tropical Storm Nate Is Headed To The Gulf Coast And The East Coast

Tropical storm Nate is intensifying as it makes its way to the Gulf coast. The wind speeds have been tracked at up to 40 mph. it has been reported that 5 people have died in Nicaragua due to the storm. Nate could hit Louisiana, Florida, and Georgia this weekend(10/6/2017-10/8/2017). The storm could induce some minor to major flooding but is not expected to cause a lot of damage with its winds. This is all dependent that this storm does not get stronger. By the time it hits the Gulf Coast Friday, it can be a category 1 hurricane. All area of potential impact is on high alert and have plans in place if things get really bad. Nate is expected to provide a ton of rain the east coast after the weekend.
