During the main event of WWE’s Crown Jewel event in Saudi Arabia, Triple H suffered a gruesome injury to his upper arm and chest.
Triple H posted a picture on twitter show deep bruises to in chest and upper shoulder with the caption “Surgery in the AM makes you stronger”

Triple H has serious damage to his pectoral muscle. The pectoral muscles are the muscles that connect the front of the chest with the bones of the upper arm and shoulder. The question now is will Triple H be healthy in time for Wrestlemania 35 in New Jersey.
